How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and standard US delivery usually takes 5–12 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on US orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for $5.99.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States only.
Can I return an item?
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty. See our Refund Policy for details.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Message us through our contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are gentle, but everyone's skin is different. Always check the ingredients and patch-test a small area 24 hours before first use.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
