Terms of service

Overview

This website is operated by Petal & Pout. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Products

Our products are cosmetics intended for external use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product descriptions describe cosmetic effects on how skin looks and feels; results vary from person to person. Always read the ingredient list and patch-test new products on a small area of skin 24 hours before full use. Stop using any product that causes irritation, and consult a doctor if irritation continues.

We try to display colors and images accurately, but your screen may show colors differently than the actual product.

Pricing and orders

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

Accounts and payment

You agree to provide accurate, current purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners.

Shipping, returns and privacy

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Refund Policy, and the use of your personal information by our Privacy Policy, all of which are part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petal & Pout is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
