Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more
• Standard shipping: $5.99 on orders under $35

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 5–12 business days. During sales and holidays, processing may take a little longer.

Items in one order may ship in separate packages. You'll receive a tracking email for each.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, or tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, message us through our contact page and we'll help. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, since we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.
